Your physical body carries a lot of stuff. It doesn't have to you know? You will feel better after lightening up...

Following a holistic approach, you store your memories (and trauma) in your physical body (not just in your brain). If you are suffering from chronic pain, then something needs to change in order to break that pattern.  

What needs to change? An appointment with the physio? Maybe..Yes, all healers in one way or another, will lighten you up. But (and it's a big but), there may be an underlying factor that needs to be addressed here. Maybe your posture needs attention? Or your technique needs modification? Or maybe stop bashing yourself up too much? Ok fixed that... but still paining. What now?

How about a new exercise regime? Yes, this will help reprogram you and your belief systems. You will discover that you are capable of more. You will light up some dark. 

Basically to get fixed, do more yoga. Learn how to breathe. Get some sunlight. Let go of what you don't need. Be kind to yourself so that you can be kind to others.

Come in with an empty cup. If you're not able to, then that's ok. I'll literally empty some out for you and then fill it up with some light.
